Sometime you may need to return our products. To return a product, please read the following terms, and then follow the procedures for return.
Damage to product in transit:
If there is any damage to the goods in transit, please inform us in 7 working days, and please provide us with the following certificate:
1, The photo of the front and back of the packaging box;
2,The photos, videos, screenshots or descriptionsfor the defective products;
3, The photos, videos, screenshots for the product which is of defect , or the description of the corresponding defect area
If the goods are obviously damaged, it is best to sign the carrier's bill of lading accordingly. And the Item application of its original packaging with all the attachments and documents should be returned. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will make the replacement for  you or give you a full refund according to the original payment
If the product has any problem, can be carried out in a replacement within 7 days after the receipt.
Return policy is just a replacement, you should pay all the extra freight, and to ensure that the return of the product as it used to.
Arrival failure:
If your items are faulty, you have 28 days to notify us of the failure of the product (please note that our business customers, this is the deadline is 14 days). Items should be packed in their original packaging, and return with all attachments and files. Once we verify the fault, we will give you a replacement or through the original payment to you for your full refund. We test the return of the product, if a returned product is found not to be caused by our technical staff, we will return to the project, in this case, you must bear the return freight.
